Addictions: The real cause and most effective cure

We've been misled to believe that most addictions are caused by  chemicals, that treatment must focus on behavioral change, and that addicts are always "in recovery." In reality, many addictions (chemical or otherwise) are emotionally compulsive habits that are caused by emotional distress, and whose roots are disempowering thoughts and beliefs. Once the mental and  emotional aspects of addiction have been effectively addressed at the  subconscious level, behavioral change can be simple and permanent. Watch the following video and gain some  valuable insight from Board Certified Hypnotist, Todd Goodwin.
