Emotional baggage makes it harder to quit smoking

Emotional baggage makes it MUCH harder to quit smoking

The majority of people, especially smokers, are somewhat overwhelmed  emotionally. The need to distract from this emotional stress, whether  caused by old traumas or present life challenges, gives addictions and  compulsive habits a strong hold over so many. Attempting to quit smoking  often increases stress to levels that are too high for smokers to  handle without cigarettes, and so they relapse (or they abuse food or  alcohol to compensate). One key to successful smoking cessation (and  weight loss, addiction recovery, etc.) is to resolve emotional issues  before quitting. Watch the following video and gain some  valuable insight from Board Certified Hypnotist, Todd Goodwin.
